Travel Clinic & Travel Vaccinations

Travel Clinic & Travel Vaccinations

Travel vaccinations, antimalarials, and expert travel health advice.

Our Travel Clinic provides personalised travel health assessments, vaccinations, and preventative medications to help keep you safe and healthy while travelling abroad.

We recommend contacting the clinic at least four weeks before travel, as some vaccines require a course of doses to provide full protection.

Our Travel Clinic in Belfast provides expert advice, travel vaccinations, and antimalarial prescriptions for people travelling abroad. Whether you are planning a holiday, business trip, volunteering placement, or long-term travel, our clinical team can assess your destination and ensure you receive the appropriate travel vaccines and health advice before you travel.

Appointments include destination-specific vaccine advice, malaria prevention guidance, and general travel health recommendations.

We recommend booking your appointment at least four weeks before travel, although we can often help with last-minute travel vaccinations where possible.

How the Travel Clinic Works

Step 1 – Book a Travel Consultation

Book a telephone travel consultation (£25) with one of our clinical team.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a health questionnaire via email. Please complete this before your consultation.

During the consultation we will:

  • Review your destination and travel plans
  • Assess your medical history and vaccination history
  • Identify which vaccines and medications may be recommended

Following the consultation, we will send you a personalised travel vaccine plan and private prescription.

Step 2 – Book Your Vaccination Appointment

After your consultation you can book a clinic appointment to receive the recommended vaccines.

During this appointment we will:

  • Administer your travel vaccinations
  • Provide prescriptions for antimalarial medication if required
  • Offer additional travel health advice
Step 3 – Travel Safely

Once vaccinated, you will be ready to travel with appropriate protection and advice tailored to your destination.

Important Information

We recommend contacting the clinic at least four weeks before travel, particularly if vaccines requiring multiple doses are recommended (for example rabies).

Some vaccines may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to national supply issues.
