Frances is the Practice Manager at Beechill Clinic and brings over 30 years of experience in client and patient care. For the past five years, she served as Practice Manager at one of Belfast’s renowned dental practices, where she played a key role in delivering exceptional service standards and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy clinical environment.
Although non-clinical, Frances manages all aspects of the clinic’s operations, ensuring patients receive a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience from their first contact through to their visit and ongoing care.
She is particularly proud of the outstanding patient journey she has helped create throughout her career and looks forward to providing the same high level of service to everyone who visits Beechill Clinic.
