At Beechill Clinic we are committed to providing the highest standard of care. We welcome all feedback — compliments, comments, concerns, or complaints — as this helps us improve our service.

If you have a concern, please raise it with any member of staff and we will do our best to resolve it immediately.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days, respond within 10 working days, and aim to resolve it within 21 working days. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed.

If you remain unhappy with our response, you may escalate your complaint to:

Raising a concern will not affect the care you receive. Copies of our full Complaints Leaflet are available at reception or on request.
